Jimmy Jernigan team member of the  Real Estate Machine at C21 Coffee County Realty. Jimmy has lived in the Area since childhood.  Jimmy was raised in a military family with his dad having over 31 years in the military.  After high school Jimmy went to work in a local factory and worked his way up to Quality Control Certified Auditor. For 8 years he did both Real Estate and as QC auditor. When the time was right Jimmy left the factory behind and became a full time Realtor and Auctioneer. In his first year he received the prestigious award as Middle Tennessee Realtor of the Year.  Last year he received the double Centurion Award from Century 21 which means he was in the Top 2% of sales agents in the world.  You have a lot of great knowledge and experience when you choose our team.

Monica Saine just won the Manchester Finest Realtor award. What you get with Monica is one of the hardest working agents in the business.
Monica is very competitive. She played basketball for North Carolina State and her team made it to the final four.

She balances raising 3 wonderful children and her work life. She enjoys hiking. trail riding, coaching and spending time with her family
